| Each student is treated as an associate.

Candidate
needs to have a computer so that latest technology updates will need to
be downloaded through net and a candidate needs to put min 4 hrs per day
of self-study apart from doing project assignment. |
| Each associate needs to
log in min 1500 hrs of work with us for maximum benefit. |
Each associate needs to
follow the software development life cycle according to ISO rules and
regulations i.e. each project will have a team size of 8

Passion will provide project
plan and systems requirement specification document. |
| Candidate needs to submit
all other documentations plus the DFD and ERD for the said system. |
Each project will having
the following milestones - Project Plan, Systems Requirement Specification,
Detailed Design Documentation, Test Cases, Test Logs, User Manual.

Candidates will be assigned
roles and responsibilities. |
| Review meetings for the
project will be once a week at Passion for 45 mins. |
| Test Planning and Cases |
Project Confidentiality will need
to be maintained
|
|
Candidates can assemble
and come on prior appointment if they have doubts in the design specification. |
| Each student will need to maintain a project file |
|
|
A career plan will be chalked out and given to
the candidate and candidate will continuously be evaluated on the skillsets.
