projects / Training |
| Our extensive in-house
training program not only ensures that all our people are ready to perform,
but gives us the ability to rapidly develop deep expertiseto cater to
future IT requirements. Our training covers technology, as well as on
business and communication skills. As the focus is on developing qualitative
software projects and products, a pool of trained software professionals
will be groomed and developed in analysis, design, programming and quality
sphere of development. Each software professional will be trained in an
industrial environment extensively for a year in which they will be grouped
and oriented in 3 live projects implementation. The group is given a live
project to work on and the project leader assigned to the project. The
focus and emphasis on analysis and design aspect will be absolute, to
suit end-user requirement. The software professionals will again be given
a training on the software package (in which the end-user wants the development
work to be done or PASSION recommends the software package after budget
feasibility studies.). The group assigned for the projects will develop
the software product/project according to the user needs and will follow
ISO 9001 quality guidelines and project will be completed to meet stringent
deadlines.Our core pool of talent is drawn from the best universities
